Disney digitally alters 'crude' hand gesture in Rock 'n' Roller Coaster

Indiegle.com : Disney has reportedly made a change to the pre-show video of Rock 'n' Roller Coaster starring Aerosmith, removing what some referred to as a "crude" hand gesture given by Steven Tyler.

The longstanding Disney's Hollywood Studios attraction has taken heat online in the past for Tyler's thumb-to-ring finger motion he makes in the queue presentation of the ride, with critics saying it is representative of a sexually-driven gesture referred to as "the shocker."

Well, after 17 years, it seems Disney has responded by digitally removing the gesture. Photos and videos posted by park guests on social media this week show Tyler now making an open palm gesture.

Rock 'n' Roller Coaster opened in 1999 and is an enclosed launch-style coaster that launches riders 0-57 mph in 2.8 seconds while listening to Aerosmith hits.

Back in March, Steven Tyler visited Hollywood Studios and rode the ride for his 68th birthday, surprising fans in the process.
